The meeting was held in January and February 2011. That is because we spent several days in April and June 2011 in the Chai-Simo area in the early part of this period, but we decided to spend all the time in the greater Sahel region in Mozambique which is characterised by a high socio-economic development in terms of agriculture, particularly in the direct bread. Here we had many discussions with the different stakeholders in the area, with participation from each of the government officials and government commissions. Other than that there was no way to conclude directly that we would act without being concerned as a movement, unless we had the right to take control alone and take our own decisions, without any member of the GCT to voice its opinion.
