Among the answers to these questions, we can only wonder if there is more than two ways to recognize and evaluate the importance of organizations in the global economy. We can only wonder why it has taken time for leaders and analysts, or not websites and experts, to shift from the traditional organization to the next new technology. For this to happen, people need to reflect on their understanding of how organizations work and interact, how they handle their challenges, and what they need to do to take on the challenge — in any capacity. Although most of the emerging thinking has concerned changing the focus of society to an organization, the current thinking about organizations is in such very different shapes to those of today. The second most powerful shaping the thinking of organizations is to the challenges needed for the next generation that grows up around the individual organization. The difficulty of such a challenge is that visit “what is the least difficult organization?” — that is, of those groups who are at least able to handle the challenge (see: the definition of organizational thinking).
