Building Innovation Into The Outsourcing Relationship A Case Study By Joshua D. Wilson I recently had the pleasure of working with a team of e-commerce marketers, from Dell to HP, for a presentation on “System Performance Models,” published here in January 2019, on eLearning.com. Our team and I looked at three sets of assumptions about the future of e-commerce development: those of individual customers, those needed to build e-commerce products and services and those needed to produce them as quickly as possible. It turns out that the most promising approaches have worked in some of the most successful segments of e-commerce. We describe two ways of working to reduce out-of-order delivery to business customers. Both become more simple and more beneficial for optimizing E-commerce solutions. Both relate to how e-commerce and their systems can be upgraded to achieve desired outcomes. R-UEM’s project focuses on two segments, namely customer support + products + customer experience, which we use to evaluate the application of development strategies for delivering improvements in customer needs and improving delivery to customer in a dynamic and increasingly diverse customer environment. The developers in this development team have worked with customers from a wide range of industries – including the consumer automation market, e-commerce/grid, ecommerce solutions, energy and finance, internet retail, software support, software architecture, automotive and wearable interiors, among others – to come up with e-commerce solutions that have been the most successful of all.

Other examples include the business applications, in which they went about developing core e-commerce operations and their development.
