Scope of the BBS2005 Course The current course is written in a clinical theoretical framework. It describes the biology and treatment of cancers, their relationship to physiological processes and observations in humans and animals. The goal of this second course was to provide more context to other PhD students, such as those with special interests, who have been at CTP only for 12–20 years, thus making it the only course ever published in biology at the UMIST (now University of Illinois).
