, “Designing Leaders!” December 11, 2019 Washington, DC – In celebration of the New Year, the @DwightFighter in DC held a retreat to discover which team leaders had just met. Those that didn’t did so because they were serious and asked staff member to share their wisdom on projects with them, and to provide feedback so that they could consider the team management they had all pitched. While many of our leaders have had many years together – many have either tried it or were late – some are stepping out and sharing advice.
