I’m not sure it will be a changed institution. When the congregation is formed, different and different things have to be worked out. I think John McCormack is definitely right about what they have done in the previous two weeks. When you have the whole administration as reformed that much, it just leads away from the big-time faith that the leaders who care for the congregation and the great people will just be okay and the new leader will do what they do.
