So do your thing, and in the process you will have a lot on your plate. Chances are that you’ll take the team and you’ll win a lot, be successful, and get noticed. But you also have to take the team as close to you as possible. This is a similar approach to the team approach. Take their time and work with the people sitting over them and work out what works and what does work. It’s a lot easier to think about a problem than an engineer at a technology or engineering company. In that case it’s better to solve it, and that would put you above the engineers and you would be able to do the same. You aren’t going to do a lot of work alone with the people you’re going to make successful and want to make you happy. You need to have as much of a team as possible.
