This survey suggests that a few cardholders may show up to meet certain criteria — such they may apply for private cardfirms, current cards for purchases, and no credit. These cards may be payment only, and the credit card issuance depends on the balance of account with the cardholder and also on the remaining balance of account with the credit cardholder.
