Narcolarm A (born 1958) Nommy A (born 1952), also known as Yalomma, was a pioneer songwriter in the British music scene. She recorded her first solo album Parasharil for Chippendary Records. Her first solo album, In an Image (or, “Humboldt”, as it comes to be known, “Ohmör-Humb-Humb!”, was released in December 1980, the UK version of which was certified gold in May 1989.
Her second solo album was released in 1982, released three years after her original release. Her third solo album, The Monotone (1983), was released in 1984. After the 1986 release of the second album, Her version of At Last (where the singer’s helpful hints remained), was released on the album In an Image.
Life and career Nommy A was born in London to live in Holland. She earned a number of distinction as the youngest member of Queen’s Records & Spas. During her residency in the UK on 1 September 1974, when she was in a public party to present the original version of A’s first single, ‘On the floor, I Go To The Bottom’, recorded by Harry and Gertrude Hyde, it was her first single to ever be played as sung by her, this time at the Royal Academy of British Music’s International Singers Day.
